Everyone is different, it seems, and even the research seems to show no clear patterns that could apply across the board, although I could swear I saw some research that most people will learn better in the mornings if they have a "normal" schedule. I can't put my hands on the research and what's a normal schedule anyway? Bottomline: pay attention to yourself. If you find yourself struggling to absorb new information at certain times or after certain activities, that will be the best guide for you.
